Christmas music already???

I dunno how other people feel but it feels like Christmas is being pushed on us all sooner and earlyer. I was heading to my turkey day meal and i already heard Christmas music playing. everywhere you look there is already decorations up in stores and ads for sales in the media. I makes me sick thinking that the holiday has become so commercialized that companies compete to get the Christmas sales out before the others.

All i got to say is come on, take a step back and cut back on the Christmas until it gets closer to the time.

Peta officially labled terrorists

Browsing around as i so often do... i stumbled upon an article that made me smile. a lot. Acording to treehugger.com, the USDA classifies PETA as a terrorist group!!! A document that was given to all facilities that conduct experiments on animals and asked to disclose whether they were the target of attacks or harassment from a list of terrorist groups--one of which, is PETA.

As some of you who may know me, i hate fox news. I have stumbled upon a seaseme street character who impersonates Bill O'Reilly called Spill O'Rielly. This character takes on bills antics and even takes over the show. And for a kicker he even plugs his new book. any one who dislikes fox or bill o'rielly, or likes seaseme street can appreciate this bit.

COD MW 2

As many of you may know, Call of duty modern warfare 2 released last week. All i can say is WOW!!! This game is soooo awsome and seriously i personally have never tried crack but if i had it would probably be close to playing cod. It is seriously addicting. Multiplayer is amazing and i cannot get enough of this game. Im sure either you or someone you know is addicted to it like i am and you can start a conversation about it with just about anyone it seems like.

If you havent got it or played it do and you will be amazed!

Real life pac man!!

This is an interesting tid bit i found. somone has programmed a buch of roombas to play out an actual pacman game. whatever is done on the computer screen is performed by the roombas on a floor. The floor itself has tape down so that people know where the borders are. its really cool because they even have it where pac man can eat the ghosts or it can die from the ghosts! As a fan of pac man i find this to be extremely awsome!!! lemme know what you think!

Top 10 Dumbest Evil Geniuses of all time Hilarious their list of evil geniuses that weren't good at their jobs. I love the fact that they listed characters that i know so well such as Pinkey and the brain, or cartman. I had a good laugh when i saw these two and read their write ups. Favorite out of the list is doctor evil. One of my favorite characters of all time. i love the austin powers series mainly on this character.

Cyberdine Systems anyone?

I stumbled upon this video via digg.com as my usual source of weird things, but when i saw this i kinda freaked out. Now most of us have grow up with the Terminator movies, and as some of you may know cyberdine systems are the ones who created the terminator. When i see this video it reminds me about it and sends a chilling shiver down my spine at the thought robots being this sophisticated. what opened my eyes is when this modle slips on the ice and recovers. Its new technology like this that makes holly wood sci fi into reality and i have to say its pretty scarry that the thought of that becoming reality. To top it all off this robot is not located too far off from us... yup if you can guess its near boston.

The company sprung up from MIT and is called Boston Dynamics Robots and its company description is "builds advanced robots with remarkable behavior: mobility, agility, dexterity and speed." So one can safly assume that this prototype is well on its way to becoming field ready for the military.

Please just cut it out

I dont know about anybody else but i personaly am sick of the saw series. It has been over played since saw 2. after that i lost interest and i cant figure out for the life of me how they can keep making money off of the same old theme. i feel that it has grown stale. they just keep recycling the same old garbage over and over again.
However there is good news, when i finaly saw Zombieland the other day i saw a preview for the new nightmare on elm street which looks fenominal. i know its a remake and the movie biz is recycling the same material it had before and that i am contradicting my self in the last statement, but saw should leave the series be and in a few years try to revamp the series when most people had forgotten about it.

Formal Apology

I just found this floating around on the internet and i thought it was hilarious and figured that i would share it with you. Its funny that somthing like this would make me relize how politically correct we have become in that somthing as silly as an formal apology note is not far from the truth. Every thing has become politically correct and you cant do anything without offending someone. I feel that we should get back to old ways of polotics and do what needs to be done to get things done and not worry about offending people. things ran much smoother and things got done quicker.

Throw it on the Ground

Hahaha just found the new The Lonely Island song called Throw it on the ground. It starts off slow and gets better. Not my favorite from the group but not bad either. My favorite is still On a boat or jizz in my pants. Those will always be classics, and i feel that this new song doesnt come close to either of the others. Here's to hoping that the next one is better.

Zombieland

Im just throwin this out there zombie land looks awsome. everytime i see a preview for it i want to see it more and more. I don't know why this is, I have no idea what the plot is other than there are a few humans left in a world of zombies, but this movie has a more comedic spin to it. Is it a zombie spoof or a completly different genre? Does anyone feel like they want to see this too? Im hoping that when i do eventually see it that it doesnt let me down because ive been building it up in my head.

The Pirate Bay

I dont know if anybody else uses torrents or not but if you do have you been following whats been happening with thepiratebay.org case?

For those of you that dont know what a torrent is, it is a p2p system that works simmiler to other p2p apps like limewire. Torrents however are in my opinion and many others opinion musch easyer to use and safer. Sites such as pirate bay are the pages you can look for files on. On these sites you can find whole files such as programs movies whole albums rather than just individual songs.

The problem pirate bay ran into is that like many other p2p services, many of the companys are sueing to get these sites shut down due to copyright problems. Currently the site is tied up in swedish courts appealing the ruling to shut down the site, thus allowing it to stay open for as long as it is tied up in court.

Disclamer.... Im not indorsing the use of torrents or downloading from the internet im just curious if any one has been following the case at all.

Flight of the Choncords

Im just throwing this out there but i love Flight of the Concords. For those that have never heard about it, it is a show about two New Zealanders who go to New York City to try to capitalize on their standing as New Zealand's 4th most popular folk parody duo. In each episode they encounter cultural differences with people of the city, and they run into problems with the band. Throughout the episodes, the duo sing songs that go along with the situation they are in. If you are looking for a show to get into i recommend Flight of the Conchords.
